Thousands of miles away from home. Pulling my 5th wheel with my Chevy Silverado diesel truck. Get an error on the display and go in limp mode. Miles from a large city with many service options. Called Bull's Service. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part over night delivery, and had me in good shape again. I wish we had a Bull's back home. Great job guys!

We experienced the best customer service at Bull's towing that we have ever experienced from ANY industry, and that is saying a lot. Our car was totaled by a deer, and when the tow our insurance scheduled fell through Mike came out in the middle of the night to pick us up. He also helped us find accommodations, gave us his (well informed!) opinion on the damage done to our car (what was damaged, cost to fix, etc.), and then proceeded to help us do battle royale with our terrible insurance company the next two days. This was our first wreck experience and Mike's advice on how to handle our insurance company and what to insist they do with our car was invaluable (our insurance company was TERRIBLE to work with and screwed everything up, including the tow payment which Mike assured us he would get taken care of). We can't thank him enough for his great service, and would highly recommend any of his services for his integrity and hard work.
I had a "check engine" light diagnosed at Bull's during a recent trip. Despite being very busy they identified the problem and corrected it immediately, without up-selling unnecessary parts or work. I strongly recommend them to anyone travelling in the area!
Bull was so nice in looking at my car when it was sounding "off" on our way through from Yellowstone. He was realistic, offered the repairs that needed to be done and didn't ask for a penny more. Honest, hardworking mechanic and towing!
