I have talked to Melissa and the rest of the crew here, they are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I have bought from them and would do it again. You need anything this is the place to get it.
When someone finally showed up there was no "sorry for the wait" etc.
No customer care or service.
Coming from a small snow town in Colorado I do understand a lot of these places operate in a "mom and pop" kinda of deal. I myself manage a similar rental business.
The owner just walked in no words looking hungover.
This place is really fair and good for working on your stuff there employes are nice and are very helpfull.
Stopped at this location three times and all times the office was closed. The second time we stopped by they had hours listed on the door stating that they would be open at 9AM (winter hrs). However again no one was there on time. The business did not leave any information as to when they would be in and of course the phone just goes to voicemail.
This does not justicfy the bad business practice of post hours that you won't be there.
We rented two ATVs for 4 hours. Everyone at the shop was great! Very friendly and personable. Prices were reasonable. Can't wait to do it again!
He didn't even know what he had in stoke and is wife just quickly snapped that they weren't bc of the season.
